This deliciously spicy relish is the original, the genesis and base for our other relish products. Hellish Relish is a moreish mixture of fresh seasonal chili peppers and onions, cooked up with mustard seed, vinegar, salt and a sprinkle of sugar to create a sweet and sassy taste sensation that you can enjoy on almost anything OR straight out of the jar! This variety has BITE and would be considered medium/hot’ish

Hellish Relish Mild
This delicious relish is based on our original recipe, but with less heat, it no way compromises on mouthwatering flavour. Released in fall 2017, this milder variety of Hellish Relish came about as a result of our Original being just that little bit too hot for some (but they loved the flavour) so we simply took out our two hottest peppers. Hellish Relish Less Heat is a little more sweet, has a little less heat and would be considered mild.

This amazing relish just can’t be beet! All punning aside, this incredible relish is just bursting with unique flavour goodness. It’s a perfect companion with cheese, crackers, burgers, and lot’s more. How often do you get to combine a  decadent and delicious food with serious nutritional chops? Aside from the (sometimes) slightly tall tales we tell our kids so they’ll eat something other than mac-and-cheese of course. Hard to get better nutritional and health pedigree than beets and this baby is a top champion of taste too. What’s not to love??

Crackin’ Cranberry conserve is our Devilish little twist on a traditional whole cranberry sauce–and it ain’t just for turkey anymore! We mix up BC grown cranberries with cranberry pear balsamic vinegar, cranberry juice, orange zest, cinnamon, sugar vanilla, and of course chilies to create a versatile condiment that you can enjoy with turkey, chicken, cheesecake, chocolate, or as an ingredient to your favourite BBQ sauce to flavour up your ribs or meatballs. This mildly spiced cranberry conserve is an all-year-round favourite!
