Hard to believe, but humans do not live by relish alone. Sometimes we need to combine them with other ingredients in easy and delicious ways for improved culinary variety. I know, right? Whether you need a down and dirty burger recipe that will triumph in any food smackdown with your snobby BBQ buddies, or you’re hosting a sedately civilized brunch with foreign dignitaries, we’ve got your back.
But wait one dang second, you’re not sure where to get your Hellish Relish fix? The good news is that our products are probably a LOT closer to your location than you think. Not only can you find our unique relishes in a select coterie of boutique specialty retailers (the friendly, not snobby ones of course), but also in many of the finest grocery stores across the country.

Combine the ground beef with oregano, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.
Divide the meat into four equal portions and form into patties. Use your thumb to make an indent in the centre of each burger, this will help them to cook evenly.
Heat a large cast iron pan over medium high.
Drizzle each of the burgers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Once it’s preheated, place the burgers into the cast iron pan. Hang tight til the meat is a deep golden brown before you give them a flip. Adjust heat if needed.
Flip and allow the other side to reach the same caramelized colour.
Once done, remove burgers from pan and sass them up with Can’t Beet This! and your fav toppings.
