To make:

Combine the ground beef with oregano, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce.

Divide the meat into four equal portions and form into patties. Use your thumb to make an indent in the centre of each burger, this will help them to cook evenly.

Heat a large cast iron pan over medium high.

Drizzle each of the burgers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Once it’s preheated, place the burgers into the cast iron pan. Hang tight til the meat is a deep golden brown before you give them a flip. Adjust heat if needed.

Flip and allow the other side to reach the same caramelized colour.

Once done, remove burgers from pan and sass them up with Can’t Beet This! and your fav toppings.
